Hi there!
I’m Ann Konkoly, founder of Kultivate Women’s Health. Along with nurse practitioners Jean Marino, Holly DeWalt, and Shaylinn Romano, and registered dietitian Renee Cooper, we’ve built a team focused on helping women feel incredible through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
We bring together expertise in hormone therapy, medical weight loss, sexual health, thyroid care, preventive cardiology, gynecologic care, and nutrition — so we can look at the whole picture, not just one symptom.
This practice does not accept insurance.

Our Services
Midlife health is connected. We bring together specialized care for your hormones, metabolism, heart, thyroid, sexual health, and nutrition — all in one practice.
-
Sometimes the first sign of perimenopause is simply, “I don’t feel like myself.”
Hormonal changes can affect sleep, mood, energy, weight, periods, libido, and overall wellbeing — often long before periods stop. We offer personalized, evidence-based hormone therapy using estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone when appropriate.
Our goal is to help you understand what’s changing, feel like yourself again, and build a plan that works for you.
-
Weight changes in midlife are real — and the answer isn’t simply to eat less and exercise more.
We take a thoughtful, science-driven approach using GLP-1 medications when appropriate, metabolic testing, nutrition support, and personalized care. No crash diets. No shame. Just a sustainable plan designed to support fat loss, preserve muscle, and improve long-term metabolic health.
Our medical weight loss program is led by Ann Konkoly APRN-CNP alongside Holly DeWalt APRN-CNP and Renee Cooper, Registered Dietitian. This team works together to help you build a plan that actually fits your body and your life.
-
Sexual health is an essential part of women’s health — at every age. We provide compassionate, evidence-based care for changes in desire, pain with sex, vulvar and vaginal concerns, lubrication and arousal changes, and other sexual health concerns.
We also offer gynecologic exams, IUD insertion and removal, and select in-office procedures, with nitrous oxide available for added comfort when appropriate.
Our sexual and gynecologic care is led by Jean Marino, APRN-CNP, an ISSWSH Fellow with advanced training in women’s sexual health. Hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options are available based on your individual needs.
-
Heart disease risk changes as women enter midlife — and prevention deserves more than a quick cholesterol check.
Our preventive cardiology care takes a deeper look at cardiovascular risk, including blood pressure, cholesterol, ApoB, lipoprotein(a), metabolic health, family history, and other individual risk factors. When appropriate, we can order additional testing and prescribe medications to reduce cardiovascular risk.
Care is led by Shaylinn Romano, APRN-CNP, whose background includes inpatient and outpatient cardiology and advanced primary care training. Shaylinn also has experience caring for women with POTS and other cardiovascular concerns.
Our goal is simple: understand your risk early, address what we can change, and help protect your long-term heart health.

Midlife health is about much more than hormones. We take a comprehensive look at the health issues that become increasingly important as women age — including thyroid and metabolic health, bone health, breast health, cardiovascular risk, and preventive screenings.
We evaluate and treat thyroid conditions, including Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, and can help make sure important screenings such as mammograms, bone density testing, and colon cancer screening are up to date and ordered when needed.
Think of us as another layer of thoughtful medical care focused specifically on women in midlife — helping connect the dots, identify what needs attention, and coordinate with specialists when additional expertise is needed.
-
Nutrition needs change in midlife — especially as hormones, metabolism, muscle, bone, and cardiovascular health change.
Our registered dietitian, Renee Cooper, RD, provides personalized nutrition support for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, weight management, metabolic health, and healthy aging.
We focus on practical, sustainable strategies that support your health and fit your preferences, goals, and real life.
“Perimenopause is a terrifying time that regular doctors seem to know nothing about, and Ann Konkoly gets the whole picture.
I highly recommend her and am so grateful to have found her!!! I have never felt so confident about treatment before.”
— Carrie S.
