KWH Weight Loss Program Information

Welcome!

Medical Weight Loss Program

Thank you for your interest in Kultivate Women's Health. We're honored that you're considering us for your care.

Our goal is not simply to help you lose weight. We help women improve metabolic health, preserve muscle, address insulin resistance, reduce inflammation, and create sustainable habits that support long-term health and well-being.

Start Here: Two Important Things to Know

Before reviewing the full program details, please watch the video above. It explains two of the most common questions we receive about our medical weight loss program.

Memberships Are Billed Monthly

Our medical weight loss program is a monthly membership designed to support your entire care experience—not just provide medication.

Your membership may include:

  • Provider visits (in person or telehealth)

  • Ongoing clinical support

  • Medication management

  • Dose adjustments

  • InBody body composition scans

  • Medication (for patients using compounded medication)

Because everyone's dose is different, one vial may last several weeks or even months. This means your medication shipments will not always line up with your monthly membership payment.

That's completely normal.

Your membership covers your ongoing medical care, coaching, and support—not just the medication itself.

Refills Are Not Automatic

Patients are responsible for contacting our office when they are getting low on medication.

We recommend reaching out approximately two weeks before you run out to allow time for processing and shipping.

Refills are not automatically processed or shipped.

Simply send us a text, email, or portal message when you're ready, and we'll take care of the rest.

Program Options

We offer two medication pathways depending on your goals, preferences, and insurance coverage.

Option 1: Compounded Medication

This option includes compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide through Akina Pharmacy.

Akina Pharmacy is nationally accredited and ACHC, PCAB, and LegitScript certified for quality and compliance.

Your membership includes:

  • Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide

  • Medication shipped directly from Akina Pharmacy

  • Syringes and alcohol pads

  • Two 30-minute follow-up visits per month (telehealth or in person)

  • InBody body composition scans

  • Dose titration guidance

  • Ongoing clinical support

Monthly Pricing

  • Semaglutide Program: $275/month

  • Tirzepatide Program: $425/month

Minimum commitment: 3 months

After three months, you may cancel with 30 days' notice.

Option 2: Brand-Name Medication (Zepbound®)

For patients who prefer brand-name medication, we recommend Zepbound® through LillyDirect.

Your medication is ordered through LillyDirect, and you pay LillyDirect directly for the medication.

KWH Support Membership

  • $225/month

  • Three-month minimum commitment

Includes:

  • Provider visits

  • InBody body composition scans

  • Coaching

  • Clinical support

  • Medication guidance

Current LillyDirect Pricing

  • 2.5 mg: $349/month

  • 5 mg: $499/month

  • 7.5-10 mg: $499-$699/month (depending on refill timing)

Many commercially insured patients may qualify for significant savings.

What Happens After the First Three Months?

You're never locked into long-term treatment. Most patients choose one of three paths.

Continue Your Current Plan

Continue your current membership while actively losing weight or improving metabolic health.

Transition to a Microdose Membership

Designed for patients who have reached their goal weight and want long-term maintenance.

Monthly Pricing

  • Microdose Semaglutide (<25 units/week): $150/month

  • Microdose Tirzepatide (≤2.5 mg/week): $225/month

Includes:

  • One provider visit every three months

  • One medication vial per quarter

Transition to À La Carte Care

Ideal for patients who are stable and only need occasional follow-up visits.

With this option:

  • Pay per visit

  • Purchase medication separately

  • No membership required

Your Typical Journey

Most patients move through three phases.

Phase 1: Metabolic Reset (Months 0-3)

Build healthy habits, improve metabolic health, and begin medication.

Phase 2: Fat Loss (Months 3-9+)

Continue treatment until you reach your goals.

Phase 3: Maintenance

Transition to microdosing, à la carte care, or gradually discontinue medication when appropriate.

Every patient's timeline is different and depends on:

  • Starting weight

  • Insulin resistance

  • Muscle mass

  • Hormones

  • Lifestyle habits

Why These Medications Work

Insulin resistance means your body produces insulin but doesn't use it efficiently.

This can lead to:

  • Elevated blood sugar

  • Increased fat storage

  • Cravings

  • Fatigue

  • Difficulty losing weight

Semaglutide and tirzepatide help by:

  • Improving insulin sensitivity

  • Reducing hunger

  • Supporting sustainable fat loss

  • Improving metabolic health

Average weight loss:

  • Semaglutide: 12-15%

  • Tirzepatide: 18-22%

The best results occur when medication is combined with:

  • 30-40 grams of protein per meal

  • At least 100 grams of protein daily

  • Strength training 3-4 times per week

  • 7-8 hours of sleep

  • Stress management

  • Strategic supplementation when appropriate

Medication is a powerful tool—but it's only one part of the plan.
